This course will show participants how to maintain Good Health and enhance Personal Safety through better understanding of the fundamentals of Human Movement. At the end of this course participants will better understand the principles of Human Movement. Participants can then apply these knowledge to complement an active lifestyle, and minimize accidents at home and about. Thereby maintaining a high quality of life through their later years.

Your Trainer:

Robert Ho has been serving in elder related positions since 2010. He managed an Active Ageing Gym and a Strength and Health Interest Group during his tenure as a Constituency Manager in the Cheng San Community Club from 2010 to 2013. In addition to programme management-Robert has conducted fitness workshops and group exercise sessions for members of TOUCH Community Services and Pacific Activity Centres amongst elder related agencies.
