This course is a progression from Charcoal Drawing (Level 2). Curious to further develop your charcoal drawing skills? In this course, students will learn how to draw human features, advanced hachure and shading techniques using tools such as pencil, brush, stump and powders. Students will also use hands and fingers to create a perfect skin texture, achieving the photo-realistic look for their drawings.
18 hours over 6 sessions

Laura Soon has over 15 years of teaching experience, working with both adults and children. She holds a Diploma in Arts Education from NIE and a Master of Arts (Fine Arts) from LASELLE. She is always looking to improve her teaching methodology and pedagogy, and has and received several awards in her professional practice and research. Laura Soon loves getting people excited about things she is passionate about, especially Art.
