Scavenging Through Jurong Lake Gardens - RVH
Course Overview
THIS IS A 1-SESSION ONSITE BASIC COURSE.
Discover Jurong Lake Gardens anew with River Valley High School students! Whether you have visited Jurong Lake Gardens before or not, here is your chance to experience this beautiful national garden in a refreshing new way! With the students as your companions, embark on a relaxing walk as you explore the garden’s scenic landmarks. Along the way, take part in a fun scavenger hunt where you will spot and photograph selected plants and items assigned to you! After soaking in the sights and sounds of nature, wind down with a nostalgic twist by playing the traditional games of five stones, pick-up sticks, and goli (marbles) with the students. Come enjoy this unique outdoor experience!
Note:
- Participants will have to travel down to Jurong Lake Gardens to attend this course.
- Participants need to be dressed in appropriate exercise attire and track shoes, as well as bring along a small towel, water bottle and personal medication (if necessary).
- Participants need to be physically fit to walk distances up to 20 minutes.

Pre-requisitess
- 50 years old and above
- Singaporean or PR
- Must be able to understand and converse in simple English
- Participants will have to travel down to Jurong Lake Gardens to attend this course

This is an onsite course in collaboration with students from River Valley High School.
We will inform you of the exact meeting point at Jurong Lake Gardens closer to session's date.
