Active with Hai Sing: Pickleball & Boccia

Course Overview

THIS IS A 1-SESSION ONSITE BASIC COURSE. 


Get active with students from Hai Sing Catholic! Enjoy an active and engaging session of pickleball and boccia alongside students in a friendly and supportive environment. Through this intergenerational bonding session, participants will have the opportunity to try both sports, with students introducing the basic rules, demonstrating techniques, and guiding gameplay step by step.


Note:

  • Participants will have to travel down to the school to attend this course.
  • All materials will be provided in the school.
  • Participants need to be physically fit for the session.
  • Participants need to be dressed in exercise attire and track shoes, as well as bring along a small towel, water bottle and personal medication (if necessary).

Pre-requisites
  • 50 years old and above
  • Singaporean or PR
  • Must be able to understand and converse in simple English
  • Participants have to be fit enough to travel down to the school on their own
  • Participants need to be physically fit for the session
  • Participants need to be dressed in exercise attire and track shoes, as well as bring along a small towel, water bottle and personal medication (if necessary)
