Walking Football Basics & Fun (Group 2)
Course Overview
THIS IS A 1-SESSION ONSITE BASIC COURSE.
Experience a modern twist on the classic Football sport! Walking Football promotes social interactions and teamwork, providing a safe and friendly session to learn and play this unique sport. Designed for beginners, you will learn basic moves and better familiarise yourself with the sport. This session will also be accompanied by a fun game of Walking Football among students and participants, allowing the opportunity to enjoy this unique sport! After the session has concluded, you will leave with a meaningful experience, having played this unique sport. Share the joy of Walking Soccer with friends and family!
Note:
- Participants will have to travel down to Victoria School to attend this session.
- Participants need to be physically fit for the session.
- Participants need to be dressed in exercise attire and track shoes, as well as bring along a small towel, water bottle and personal medication (if necessary).
- Participants are required to bring along a smartphone.
- All materials will be provided in school.

Pre-requisites
- 50 years old and above
- Singaporean or PR
- Must be able to understand and converse in simple English
- Participants need to be physically fit for the session
- Participants need to be dressed in exercise attire and track shoes, as well as bring along a small towel, water bottle and personal medication (if necessary)
- Participants are required to bring along a smartphone.
