This course, "Optimizing Women's Health through TCM: Menstrual and Menopausal Wellness," is designed for women aged 50 and above to enhance their well-being during and after menopause using Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Participants will learn practical TCM techniques such as herbal medicated diets and acupressure massage to alleviate menopausal symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, and sleep disturbances. The course also covers long-term health maintenance, emotional balance, and prevention of post-menopausal complications, empowering women to sustain vitality and improve overall health naturally.

Trainer Details

Dr Clement Ng is effectively bicultural and bilingual. He has a Doctorate degree in Medicine from Nanjing University of TCM and founded TCMandYou Pte. Ltd. Clement is the Chairman of the Technical Committee for Complementary Medicine and Health Products and the Vice President of Singapore Acupuncture Association. Also an ACTA-certified trainer, He designs and facilitates TCM courses approved under the SkillsFuture Credit Framework and has been sharing TCM knowledge and skills since 2006.
