Enhancing Sleep Quality and Managing Insomnia with TCM" is a course designed to help seniors improve their sleep quality through Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) techniques. Participants will learn how to incorporate herbal medicated diets and acupressure massage into their daily routines to promote restorative sleep and reduce insomnia. The course covers TCM perspectives on sleep health, common diagnoses for insomnia, beneficial herbs and foods, and acupressure techniques for self-care. It also provides practical tips for creating a sleep-friendly environment and establishing daily routines to maintain long-term sleep health.

Clement Ng is a trainer with the People's Association and he holds the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) certified by Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA).
