Course Overview

THIS IS A 1-SESSION ONSITE BASIC COURSE.


In collaboration with students from CHIJ Katong Convent School, get active and learn how to dance, with reference to the popular dance choreography game, Just Dance! Dance to popular songs, such as ‘Can’t Stop this Feeling’ by Justin Timberlake. You will learn a range of popular dance moves that are sensational in the game, such as Twins, In Rhythm, Energetic and Wild. After the dance, you will learn bonus content on creating your own TikTok channel, as well as uploading dance footage on your own channel. By the end of the session, you will gain knowledge of different dance moves and be able to present to family and friends. You will also be able to know how to run your own TikTok channel, as well as interact with others there.


Note:

  • Participants will have to travel down to CHIJ Katong Convent to attend this session.
  • Seniors need to be dressed in exercise attire and track shoes, as well as bring a small towel and personal medication (if necessary).
  • Participants need to carry a smartphone with internet connection and download the TikTok app on their phones.
  • All materials will be provided in school.

Pre-requisites
  • 50 years old and above
  • Singaporean or PR
  • Must be able to understand and converse in simple English.
  • Participants have to be fit enough to travel down to the school on their own.
  • Seniors need to be dressed in exercise attire and track shoes, as well as bring along a small towel and personal medication (if necessary). 
  • Participants need to carry a smartphone with internet connection and download the TikTok app on their phones.
