Participants will learn to differentiate between the various Resistance Bands (Thera-band, Compact R-band, Fit Loop, Figure 8, and Resistance Ring) available to them. They will then learn the correct techniques of usage for muscle activation and toning. They will then be able make informed decisions to select which offers the most health benefits and avoid injuries.
