Light Up Your World: Fragrant Candle-Making

Course Overview

THIS IS A 1-SESSION ONSITE COURSE.

The process of melting wax, mixing the fragrances, pouring the candle, and decorating your candle jars, instills a sense of calm and mindfulness, with the warmth of the light and relaxing music. Join the students of Bedok Green Secondary School as they bring you through this process of candle-making where you can experiment with the different colors, scents, shapes, and designs of your stylized candle. They will share with you different ways to beautify your candle jars so that you can use them as home decorations or even as gifts customized to your family and loved ones.   • Participants will have to travel down to the school to attend this course.
  • All materials will be provided in the school.
  • Participants will need to be comfortable with the handling of candle

Pre-requisites
  • 50 years old and above
  • Singaporean or PR
  • Must be able to understand and converse in simple English
  • Participants have to be fit enough to travel down to the school on their own
  • Participants will need to be comfortable with the handling of candle
  • Materials will be provided at the school
