Course Overview

THIS IS A 1-SESSION ONSITE COURSE. 


Are you ready to get active? Join students as they teach you how to use the ActiveSG app and participate in a Zumba session! We believe that age is just a number and everyone can benefit from a healthy and active lifestyle. The ActiveSG app is an all-in-one platform that offers easy access to booking of sports facilities, activities, and various digital programs to promote an active and healthy lifestyle. With our friendly instructors, you'll learn how to use the app to book classes, track your fitness goals, and access many available resources. Plus, you'll get to experience the fun and energy of Zumba, a dance fitness program that will have you moving to the beat and getting your heart rate up! 3 Hours over 1 Session.




Pre-requisites
  • 50 years old and above
  • Singaporean or PR
  • Must be able to understand and converse in simple English
  • Participants need to bring their own smartphone with 3G/4G/5G network
  • Participants must be able to download and pre-register via the ActiveSG App
  • Participants have to be fit enough to travel down to the school on their own
  • Participants are encouraged to dress in appropriate sports attire and prepare a bottle of water for the session
