Course Overview


As humans grow, each aspect of wellness can affect our overall quality of life. Not only do we have to be physically fit to be healthy, but there are other dimensions of wellness that we have to take charge of that leads to our quality of life.

Dive into our course prepared by CHIJ Katong Convent to learn more about balancing the various Dimensions of Wellness for longevity and a higher quality of your wellness!

Note: Participants are required to prepare a bottle of water during the session.

Total Training Duration (Hour)

2.5 hours over 1 Session

  • 50 years old and above
  • Singaporean or PR
  • Must be able to understand and converse in simple English

  • Participants must be physically fit for simple exercise movements
  • Participants are encouraged to dress in appropriate sports attire
  • Participants are to prepare water bottles and a towel

Medium of Instruction & Trainer

This is an online course conducted via the Zoom platform in collaboration with students from CHIJ Katong Convent.

  • This is a 1-session course.
  • Please note that this is a basic course.
  • All participants have to turn on their device’s camera during the session. As such, only participants with devices that have video capabilities are able to attend this online course.
