THIS IS A 1-SESSION BASIC ONSITE COURSE.
Join the students of Chongfu School as they share with you the healthy exercise of Chair Taichi and healthy food-making! Engaging in Chair Taichi will help you to improve strength, and flexibility, decrease the risk of falls, and improve your mental cognitive health. The students will guide you through the exercise and will also share with you the knowledge of a healthy diet through the concept of a healthy plate. It will help you to plan your meals without counting calories while still having the variety to choose different kinds of food! On top of that, you will be learning to make Overnight Oats and Rice Paper Rolls! Overnight Oats contain rich fibre and protein, while Rice Paper Rolls are made up of healthy vegetables and ingredients.
