THIS IS A 1-SESSION ONLINE COURSE.


We often hear people keeping a healthy diet and an exercise plan to improve their physical health. But, did you know that there are things you can do to maintain or improve your cognitive health too? Join us in this trainer-led workshop to find out how you can improve your cognitive skills and pick up useful strategies and tips that not only help in memory but also improve your speed of processing and reasoning. There will also be fun quizzes and games conducted by our youth volunteers! We will end with a discussion on how mental agility and robustness can help with end-of-life planning.

  • 50 years old and above
  • Singaporean or PR
  • Must be able to understand and converse in simple English

This is an online course conducted via the Zoom platform in collaboration with youth volunteers from Family Central.

  • All participants have to turn on their device’s camera during the session. As such, only participants with devices that have video capabilities are able to attend this online course.
