Course Overview

THIS IS A 1-SESSION ONLINE COURSE.


Join the new trend in having green fingers! What is better is that you can create your potted plant and save the earth as well! Join the students of CHIJ Primary (Toa Payoh) as they guide you step-by-step on how to create a self-watering plant.

Pre-requisites
  • 50 years old and above
  • Singaporean or PR
  • Must be able to understand and converse in simple English


  • Participants must prepare the following materials for this session:
  • Empty Plastic Bottle (1.5 litres) x1
  • Scissors x1
  • Plant Seeds of your choice x1 packet
  • Soil x3 Cups
  • String (Raffia/Nylon) x1 metre
  • Decorative Items (e.g.: markers, stickers, washi tapes, buttons, etc.)

This is an online course conducted via the Zoom platform in collaboration with students from CHIJ Primary (Toa Payoh).

• This is a 1-session online course.

• Please note that this is a basic course.

• All participants have to turn on their device's camera during the session. As such, only participants with devices that have video capabilities are able to attend this online course.
