Course Overview

THIS IS A 1-SESSION ONLINE COURSE.

Missed the previous terrarium course? Not to worry, here is another interesting terrarium course with music! Brighten your house with plant decorations as you join the students to create your open terrarium. You will learn about open terrariums and how to care for your plants. You will also learn how to make music using simple everyday objects! Sign up today and have a fun time making terrarium and making music!


Note: Participants must prepare a pair of gloves, a spoon/spatula for scooping sand and either one of these materials, (utensils, pots, pans, tupperware or cups) for the music-making for this course. The remaining materials will be provided. Do look at the pre-requisites list below for more information.

Pre-requisites
  • 50 years old and above
  • Singaporean or PR
  • Must be able to understand and converse in simple English
  • Participants will have to collect their pre-packed materials directly from Family Central's office based on their allocated time slots.
  • More information will be given to you once you are successfully registered


  • Participants must prepare these materials for this session:

1) A pair of gloves

2) A spoon or spatula for scooping sand

3) Either one of these materials (utensils, pots, pans, Tupperware, cups) for music-making

This is an online course conducted via Zoom platform in collaboration with students from Greenwood Primary School.

• This is a 1-session online course.

• Please note that this is a basic course.

• All participants have to turn on their device's camera during the session. As such, only participants with devices that have video capabilities are able to attend this online course.
