Course Overview

THIS IS A 1-SESSION ONLINE COURSE.

Do you know that more and more Singaporeans started growing their own vegetables and fruits at home during the pandemic? Hydroponics is a method of growing plants indoors without using any soil and it is gaining popularity among many Singaporeans! Come join the students as they teach you about hydroponics and nutrition! You will also get a virtual tour of Republic Poly's newest high-technology greenhouse. Pre-requisites
  • 50 years old and above
  • Singaporean or PR
  • Must be able to understand and converse in simple English


  • Participants will have to collect their pre-packed materials directly from Family Central's office based on their allocated time slots.
  • More information will be given to you once you are successfully registered

This is an online course conducted via Zoom platform in collaboration with students from Republic Polytechnic School of Applied Science.

• All participants have to turn on their device's camera during the session. As such, only participants with devices that have video capabilities are able to attend this online course.
